VIII. International Bus Ticket Reservation, Payment, Changes and Cancellation Policies
- When paid online, the ticket is canceled and fully refunded and free of charge only up to 60 minutes after the transaction, if the trip is not up to 48 hours from the transaction.
- If the cancellation request is after 60 minutes from the completion of the transaction, or the trip is up to 48 hours from the completion of the transaction, then the following policies enter into force:
- If the trip is after 48 hours or less, no refund will be issued for ticket cancellation.
- If the trip is after more than 48 hours, up to 5 days, refundable at 50% or you can request a change of travel date free of charge.
- If the trip is after more than 5 days, it is refunded in full value - (minus) bank commissions that may vary from/by card type, model, brand, bank country, ban policies, etc. Or you may request a free date change. - The ticket can only be changed if the travel date is less than 2 days (48 hours) from the day the change is requested. If a change of travel date is requested when the trip is less than 48 hours, the change is made by paying 20% of the ticket value + bank fees if payment is made through online payment systems.
- If the client/passenger does not show up on time at the station for boarding, will be considered as "No Show" and will not and can't be issued or requested any refund or change.
- If for any reason behind our control (like but not limited to: bus company license infrigement, bus company route cancellation, bus company ban, bus company license/authorizations issues, etc), the bus ticket have to be canceled or changed and we will inform our customers immediately and give them their possibilities to choose from. We will not be held responsible for any compensation or request from the customer - even that we will do our best to serve them and help them.
- When for any reason that may comply with our Terms & Conditions or Policies we will issue any refund, it will be issued in full amount that the client have paid to us, minus ( - ) bank commissions or taxes regardless the reason of refund. Bank commissions may vary from/by card type, model, brand, bank country, ban policies, etc.
IX. Other not mentioned matters
For any misunderstanding, problematic or violation of these terms, the solution will be attempted by direct agreement. In case this action will not succeed, the parties can and should address the courts of the Republic of Albania.
